- Food:

deliver to church hall by 6:00 pm
- Setup:
(Judy Allen) 6:00 pm and stay until the hosts arrive
- Hosts:
(Suzanne Davis) 7:00 pm to 7:30 am or when the
guests leave
- PM
drivers: (Ellie Shaver) pick up in Hyannis at 6:15 pm

up guests Thursday morning at church hall at 7:30 am
- Cleanup:
(Annie Holden) Thursday morning 7:30 am or in time for breakfast:
Sort laundry, roll up mattresses.
- Laundry:
(Annie Holden) pick up from stage Thursday morning, return by
the day of the next scheduled night. Please start washing the
blankets, one or two at a time.
If you are unable
to be there as scheduled, please try to arrange for a substitute
using the master grid of names recently updated. Then let me know
of the change.
