Shrove Tuesday Supper - Feb. 28

As is traditional in many parishes, Shrove Tuesday is an opportunity to have a relaxed fun supper of rich foods. Join us at 6:00 p.m. for pancakes & syrup, biscuits, sausage gravy, cheese grits, bacon, applesauce, and lots of laughter.


Because our Second Sunday brunch was cancelled due to the snow storm, the Choir and Youth Group are sponsoring Shrove Tuesday's supper to raise funds for the Youth Group's upcoming Nightwatch at St. John the divine in NYC.


As always, the donation is $3 per person, with a maximum of $10 per family.

As part of our online parish, we post sermons given on Sunday mornings. This is the third year we have been providing this service.

February 12th is a Second Sunday!

Sunday, February 12, is the second Sunday in February. That means...

• We worship at 8:00 am & 10:00 am
• We have a parish brunch at 11:15 am (following the 10:00 am service)

The Canterbury Choir is hosting our brunch. The menu includes split pea soup, crusty bread, salad, apples and homemade cookies.


As always, the cost is $3 per person, with the maximum for a family of $10. Any extra funds raised in excess of the costs of the food will be used to support the youth group's upcoming trip to New York City in May to hold a Nightwatch at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.



A hearty meal and a worthy cause - please join us!
