Blessing of the Animals

Sunday, October 8, 10:00 a.m.
All are invited to bring pets (large and small) or stuffed animals to our 10 a.m.
service on October 8 for a blessing of the animals. The service will be held rain or shine, outside if the weather permits and in the church if it rains. There will be a reception immediately following with cider, finger sandwiches, cookies and pet treats. Please join us with your giraffes, llamas, donkeys, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, dogs, cats, ball pythons, iguanas, gerbils, hamsters, mice, fish, crickets, frogs, rabbits, birds and beloved others. (Stuffed animals also welcome!)

O God whose laws will never change,

We thank Thee for these things we know:



That after rain, the sun will shine,

That after darkness, light appears,
