Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care

Caring for others is an important part of who we are.

St. Barnabas is committed to the well-being of its members through caring relationships and kind actions, intentionally meeting both the spiritual and life needs of the congregation.

Contact the church office if you or a loved one is ill, homebound, in an assisted care facility or whenever a visit or talking with someone from St. Barnabas might be helpful.

The Pastoral Care Ministry provides warmth and support both in and beyond the Sunday church service. Membership offers an opportunity to fulfill the role that Jesus gave us, to love and serve our neighbors whoever and wherever they might be. Believing that we are Christ’s hands and heart in the world, St. Barnabas'  parishioners is involved in the work of pastoral care ministry which includes:

  • Pastoral Care Ministry Team & Lay Eucharistic Visitors
  • Prayer Chain Group
  • Prayer Shawl Ministry

If you are interested in being part of the Pastoral Care Team contact the church office.
