Louise Forrest graduated from Episcopal Divinity School in 1980 and was ordained priest in the Diocese of Maine in 1983. Her ministry began as Director of the Old West Soup Kitchen in Boston. Once ordained she began as the second priest at St. Paul's in Natick, MA. Since then she has served various sized parishes in Massachusetts from PIC at St. David's in Halifax to Associate Priest at St. Paul's Cathedral Church in Boston. She is married to Leslie Horst who expects to spend a couple of days a week in Falmouth and join in church one Sunday a month until her own choir season ends. At home in Watertown, they have a beautiful garden and two cats, Smokey and Bandit. When Louise is not working, she enjoys painting, water aerobics, attending theater, and spending time outdoors. Call her Reverend Forrest or Reverend Louise, but as you get to know her, Louise is fine.
